Eric Bilderback

I was an investor first but became a real estate agent in Central Oregon to find my own deals. I hope to buy some more properties and hold them for the long-term. My background as CPA has made me a heck of a number cruncher and I hope use that to find great properties. I currently own a 15 unit and an 18 unit apartment complex all by myself and 15 units I own in a 50/50 partnership. I hope to create enough passive income I can enjoy life more and work less if at all. In 2021 I added a couple of STRs and I love those suckers!
