Hi, I'm a former realtor, and long time investor who knows the tenant/landlord laws pretty well as I have many friends who are real estate attorneys, and I recently organized the monthly investors meetup here in Morgantown to help guide and encourage other investors. Ask me any/all tenant/landlord dispute questions you might be facing and maybe I can help…or refer you to a friend. Many times tenants see an us/them dynamic that doesn’t have to be so adversarial. So attend and get your questions answered. Always happy to help out a fellow investor. As a former realtor it’s most rewarding helping out a former renter to BECOME an investor themselves! Not “rich” yet by any stretch, but will hopefully have enough to pay for most of our sons’ college. So that’s exciting and reward enough…!
