I worked for an architecture firm specializing in high-density residential & mixed-use projects (Urban Infill). Ever since I came across bigger pockets, I've had an enormous desire to transition into a real estate investor (multi-family). I bought my first property in 2017 and looking for my next move. I have over 15 years of experience producing construction drawings for residential projects.
