SJREIA is a 850+ member networking and education group with 10 monthly in-person and zoom meetings throughout New Jersey: South (multiple locations), During the past 10 years I have volunteered my time as: (1) Various Board positions of SJREIA (2) Vetting and booking speakers for SJREIA’s monthly main meetings (3) Leader of the monthly Acquisitions & Exit Strategies Subgroup (4) Assisted in the monthly Real Estate Investing 101 Saturday seminars Experience: Currently investing in real estate full time, I had been a part time real estate investor for over 25 years. My experience includes being a residential landlord (yearly and seasonal), land developing, and rehabbing/house flipping in the Camden, Burlington, Cape May, and Philadelphia counties.
