I am starting a real estate investment business with my sister. We are educating ourselves and believe our niche may be house flipping so we can offer nice homes to middle and low income homebuyers. We love that this business can improve local neighborhoods so all homeowners can be proud of their neighborhood and make them safer to live in. We have been to the Fortune Builders seminar but are now continuing education on our own. We want to connect with like minded investors in the area and love the information Bigger Pockets offers.
