I'm interested in purchasing a multifamily property. I've been a property manager for just over a year at the 6 unit complex I call home. I've recently received annuity from my mom's passing, nothing major in real estate but enough to help with a down payment. Hoping to gain some knowledge about investing and what the best options for me would be.
