About myself
I am a Chief Building Operating Engineer by profession. I currently have over 13 years experience in Class A/B/C Commercial/ Industrial Building Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering for a Privately held corporation located in the Chicagoland Western Suburbs. This has provided me with multiple opportunities and insight to understand all facets of Commercial/ Industrial real estate, which I'm hoping to capitalize on in my efforts to start investing in Multi-family Rental Properties to start, then transition into Commercial later on. When I'm not tinkering with my properties, I'm out riding my motorcycle, hanging with my family, or researching REI related subjects to fortify my knowledge.
