About myself

Slocomb Reed believes in the transformative power of real estate investing to give everyday people the opportunity to gain flexibility in their lives, become financially independent, and build generational wealth for their families. In early 2014, as a newly-married full-time professional youth minister, he and his wife Leslie bought their first home: a four-family house hack in an up-and-coming neighborhood near downtown Cincinnati. The idea was simply to supplement their income with the rents from the other three units while living in a safe and fun part of town in a home they could be proud of. This had a bigger impact on their lives than they originally suspected and Slocomb quickly caught the real estate bug. He got his sales license later that same year, went full-time as an agent during the summer of 2015, and has since built a portfolio of properties that is well on its way to providing the boons listed above. Having seen for himself many of the benefits available to real estate investors, his career in sales focuses on creating these opportunities for others. Along with advising many traditional homeowners, since 2017 he has transacted over 200 rental units for himself, his partners, and his clients. Now the Director of Investment Services for The Chabris Group, Slocomb has the tools, systems, and experience to serve more of the growing community of real estate investors in the Greater Cincinnati area. Whether your objective is to sell your investments for maximum returns, or to start or build your portfolio with good deals on great properties, Slocomb and TCG are the resource you’ve been looking for.
