I'm all about the bank owned property that needs light to moderate work that can be done with Mexican day laborers and then handing them off to my amazing and frugal property manager and then looking for the next. Im not into managing properties....just looking for the deal and then making them nice enough to live in. And btw, I'm not a slum lord....I need to figure out how to change that moniker.
