I have been investing in the Western New York area since 2013 and have built a modest portfolio ranging from duplexes to small apartment buildings. While I self-manage my own assets, I also help my clients maximize the liberties that real estate provides by extending my services to include oversight of their portfolios through my management company where I am the principle member. We have a successful track record and extremely low vacancy rates due to aggressive marketing efforts and expeditious leasing services. We also focus on tenant retention which helps reduce turnover and minimize the costs associated with it. Formerly, I worked in the commercial/industrial construction industry for the last decade as a Project Manager. Our company has been involved with various projects across the Northeastern US, with an additional office located in central Florida. I have also previously worked for a development company which focused primarily in geographical surveying and data collection as a preliminary due diligence for the prospect of new cellular tower and emergency service installations. I am one of the Principal Members of Developers of Buffalo, LLC which is a real estate investment company whose primary focus is in the acquisition and rehabilitation of distressed and under performing multifamily and investment properties. I am also an Associate Real Estate Broker for WNY Metro Roberts Realty with an office located in Lancaster, NY. Experience: - 10+ Years of construction and Project Management experience with Residential, Commercial, and Industrial exterior building systems. This includes expertise in various roofing systems (both flat and sloped) as well as commercial and industrial steel siding, custom sheet metal fabrication, and storm water management. - I currently own and operate several rental properties in the Buffalo, NY area and surrounding suburbs - Currently belong to the Western New York Real Estate Investors Association. - I have obtained my designation as an Associate Real Estate Broker in NY and have been admitted to the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors (BNAR). - I also hold an Unrestricted Construction Supervisory License (CSL) in the state of Massachusetts. Real Estate Goals: - Continual growth with investment and development in real estate in the Western New York area, while working closely with improving the community through real estate based projects. - Organize a Limited Liability Company which will focus in the procurement and eventual development in residential and commercial real estate, as well as brokering RE deals. - Sponsoring a value-add syndication and provide lucrative returns for my limited partners. - Eventually sponsoring a development syndication from the ground up.
