About myself
Born and raised in East Texas. I'm a former high school math teacher and soccer coach who fell in love with real estate investing through BP! I've since transitioned over to the agent side and LOVE it! I've personally done a variety of deals, a variety of ways, including: house hack in college, long term rentals, short term rentals, 10% down vacation home loans, DSCR loans, using a HELOC to purchase a property, condos in HOAs, and 1031 exchanges. I would love to connect and see how we can work together now or in the future!
