We are currently scaling up in the Lehigh Valley area in PA. Experience: 4 single family homes, conventional loans used (Closed) 1 Multifamily 4 unit (Completed) BRRRR 1 Flip completed. 2 duplexes BRRRR completed 1 Six-unit BRRRR completed 1 syndication investment 18 units total. Real Estate Goals: Buy enough property to allow my monthly passive income to equal or beat my monthly expenses and use it as our sole source of income in retirement. Looking to expand the portfolio into eastern PA.
