IT professional leaving in bay area. Have been investing in real estate since 2016. Currently have 25+ properties and have invested in three different real estate funds. We own properties across a lot of different states: CA, FL, TX, GA, AL, AR, TN, and OK. We have invested in real estate funds in midwest and southeast. We tend to be in buy and hold and have property managers for all our properties. As a investor with other full time job and family, I am not putting in enough hours to handle wholesale or flips. Open to hearing about new builds, turnkey deals or funds.
