26 year old College graduate with a business degree from Cal Poly Pomona. Emphasis was in Finance, Real Estate, and Law. During my last year of college i received a position at a local Allstate Insurance Agency where i have been working for the past 5 years. Real estate has always been something i have been very interested in and what i picture myself doing full time in the future. I am interested in meeting others to gain knowledge and experience in Real Estate. I am open to helping with any insurance questions you may have also. My goal is to start building my team of superstars to build my rental protfolio. Experience: No experience in real estate beyond what was learned in my real estate classes in College. I received a Business degree with emphasis in Finance, Real Estate, and Law. My current position is working for a small Insurance Agency as a Licensed Sales Rep. I deal regularly with customers that include homeowners, landlords, and renters. I have knowledge in how real estate and insurance work together in certain regards (Landlord coverage, Liability coverage, Vacant Buildings, etc.). Real Estate Goals: My initial short term goal was to purchase my first rental property and have it cash-flow positive. That has recently changed to beginning with a house flip. My goals are to have multiple cash flow positive rentals so that I can pay myself a reasonable monthly wage. I do not need much to match my current salary and believe that i can quickly reach my goals of not having to have a primary job by beginning with a flip and rolling profits into other flips/longer term rentals. Currently Seeking: Currently seeking advice and resources to learn all that i can about real estate. Interested in meeting other like minded individuals and expanding my network. My network is pretty slim at the moment so I am open to all. I have knowledge regarding insurance (Home, Auto, Umbrella, Life, etc.) and would be more than happy to answer any questions.
