About myself
I currently live and work in Oakland but have always been interested in real estate. Currently my wife and I house hack (downstairs of our house was finished and rented and we have 1 roommate). We're in the process of having our garage converted to a ADU so we could move there and rent out the main hope. My goal is to buy and hold to generate some passive income. I help manage my dad's properties as well in the Richmond Annex area.
