I am looking to purchase my first property, a condo, which I will live in for a year or two. In the meantime I plan to research the market and get my realtors license. I hope to flip a property within the next two years. Right now I'm just listening and learning. I've recently gotten back into the rat race work force and I know I have to get myself back out and I see this as a way of actually enjoying what I do.
