I am a newbie to real estate investment. I've been watching a lot of guru webinars but haven't decided whose system I'm going to purchase. A few years ago I sunk about $3000 into two out of state gurus who facilitated 3 day boot camps and then vanished. Needless to say, I never really learned anything and have yet to do a deal. I do know, however, that I want to invest in multifamily properties. Experience: I do not have any real estate investment experience. Real Estate Goals: I am very interested in multifamily housing, self storage units, mobile home and RV parks. Currently Seeking: The opportunity is here. Now is the time. I am ready to take action. I currently need knowledge, coaching and support from a like-minded community of investors.
