My journey into real estate began somewhat recently, thanks to my incredible husband, Túlio, who's not only my partner in life but also my guide into this fascinating world. Together, we've embarked on this journey that, frankly, has transformed not just our financial outlook but our entire approach to life and what's possible. With two years of experience in this area, I've dipped my toes into several aspects of real estate, including 3 years in short-term rentals and another year focusing on long-term rentals. While I'm still learning, I'm deeply committed to expanding my portfolio, paying down loans, and gearing up for my next property acquisition. Real estate has been an eye-opening experience for me. Coming from a totally opposite profession, I've grown to realize the power of mindset and determination.
