I started out with a unique job managing renovations for HGTV/DIY Network shows. Believe it or not, these shows do not have the unlimited funds that many seem to think they do, and I spent 6+ years honing my abilities to create major transformations on a strict budget. I've always had a passion for bringing out the hidden beauty in a home, and I'm currently restoring my 1890's Sacramento Victorian. I'm using my experience, design skills, and scrappy DIY attitude to update the space, create rental income (house hack), and leverage the equity to do more. I also spent several years assisting another investor with the management of his 40+ rental units in midtown Sacramento. Professionally, I've grown more towards photography and video production, but I still enjoy the renovation side and plan to continue investing in this beautiful city.
