Hi everyone, I'm very excited to be here, it's the best place to learn about real estate investing and to make great friends. I'm brand new in USA - the great country in the world - (came just 4 years ago) and a newbie in real estate investing. But because I really love that I got my Real Estate License in California (living currently in Irvine, CA) and I'm ready for this great adventure. I'm an entrepreneur, I worked for Romanian IRS after college and had my own company all my adult life. My current job here is "Crisis Intervention Specialist for teenagers with drugs and alcohol problems" for a great company from New York, Assisted Interventions - if you need these kind of services, I definitely recommend you this company, although I hope you never need that. I intend to start my real estate journey in Indiana, because it's affordable for me and I can see a great community of investors there. My goal is to become financially free in the next 5 years and to help other people to achieve their dreams too. In order to achieve this goal, I look for very distressed properties and attempt to do BRRRR and I'm open for any advice and opinion. And I'm looking to find a mentor and get connected with this amazing community.
