I am originally from Delaware. I relocated to Jacksonville, FL in 1991 during my enlistment in the Navy. I acquired acreage in Folkston, GA in 2006 to build my home and raise my children away from the hustle of a growing Jacksonville. I continue to commute to Jacksonville regularly. Experience: Flipped my first house back in 1997. Started Serene Outlook Realty Solutions in the summer of 2015 to take my real estate investing to a whole new level. Real Estate Goals: My goals are to keep increasing my SFH rental portfolio and to break into the multi-family rental market while continuing to supplement my income with fix & flips.
