I'm an entrepreneur that likes to start things. I began house flipping part time 10 years ago. I ended up with a real estate license (now a broker license). We are always looking for real estate deals in our area. We also own/operate other business brands and I create content at www.brooksconkle.com Experience: We both buy/fix/sell and we also wholesale deals to other investors. I'm also a licensed real estate broker in the state of Alabama. Real Estate Goals: My long-term goal is to have a passive real estate income of at least $100k per year. Currently my income is mostly active (based on flipping deals, short term rentals, etc).
