Rob Catching

I have spent the majority of my adult life in the real estate business. I was a broker for 15 years, but gave that up to pursue my own deals. I have several rent houses and a few lots on which I plan to build a duplex & one single family home. For the past five years I have been partners in a construction business. This venture resulted from rehabbing some of the rentals I own. This has helped me to learn alot that will ultimately lead me to where I want to be which is someone who can build a home/small apartment complex/whatever and manage the entire process. In addition to managing the rentals and working with my business partner on construction projects, my newest goal is to learn more about wholesaling properties. During my time as a real estate broker, I have been involved in some aspects of wholesaling. Now I want to learn the process from beginning to end.
