I manage my own portfolio of rental properties while also rehabbing and developing new properties to grow my company. I also act as a contractor for investors on their BRRRR rehabs. Experience: Started April 2015 with a 3-family in a C class neighborhood. Have since then bought, renovated and rented a total of 14 units. I now am getting into the flipping game to help pay off my rentals quicker. Real Estate Goals: I want to own 10 cash flowing properties to reach my financial freedom goal. I'd like to go full time into real estate after that. Update 12/20/18 - I am now working part time at my job to free up time to grow my flipping business. Update 2/7/18 - I left my engineering job entirely now and am working full time on real estate! Financial Freedom!!! Alleluia!
