Hello, My name is Daniel. I started investing in real estate back in 2002. It has been a real learning experience along the way. I began as a bird dog and then onto wholesaling properties. My first few years were up and down and things eventually got better. I now look forward to helping new investors with their questions and concerns. I live in New Mexico and enjoy activities like playing golf and reading as much about real estate as possible. I am a marketing junkie and get get a hold of enough books on the topic.
