I was born and brought up in Dubai. I moved to the US for higher education and just got back to Dubai about a year ago. I am currently running my own company here and dabble in real estate investments as and when possible Experience: I have a portfolio of properties here in Dubai ranging from apartments to villas and townhouses. I have also invested in industrial land but no commercial spaces. I have been making these investments over the past 10 years. Real Estate Goals: I wish to hit a property portfolio that holds properties in excess of 100 properties by the end of this decade. I felt I was well on my way but have hit a bit of a slowdown thanks to the global recession. Currently Seeking: I am currently exploring the option of investing in new properties without putting any capital in. Up until now, all my investments have been out of pocket without any financing or leverage.
