Spencer Hatfield

I graduated from BYU in with a degree in Finance and moved to San Francisco for a job. The housing market was booming so I caught the wave and bought a townhome and sold it 18 months later. With those profits I bought a home back in Utah. I have since partnered on a few deals and used a HELOC to finance another house hack in 2021. Currently own 5 properties, 7 doors. Working on building a REIT ready company focused on dental properties. I invest in real estate with the hope of being able to spend more time with my family and be able to give back more.
