I started investing in real estate after reading all the same books that likely brought you here -- Rich Dad Poor Dad, Richest Man in Babylon, and just about everything BP had to offer. After watching my stock market portfolio fluctuate drastically, I wanted an investment vehicle that was more tangible - something I had control over. I decided to jump into real estate investing and never looked back. After seeing the wealth building power real estate has to offer, I was hooked. A handful of rental properties later - I cut the safety lines of my W2 as a Police Officer and jumped into real estate full time as a licensed agent. I work primarily with out of state investors looking to purchase SFH's and multifamily properties. Additionally, I own and operate a property management company.
