Spencer Sutton

From 2003 to 2008 I owned a HomeVestors franchise and wholesaled over 150 homes in the Birmingham market. In 2008 I left real estate to start an international nonprofit (Neverthirst) but ended up holding around 30 of those for rentals and turned them over to my friend, Matthew Whitaker, who had recently started a local property management company, Evernest. In 2014, I joined Evernest as their Director of Marketing responsible for growing our local client base as well as expand into various markets throughout the US.
