Spencer Stromberg

I am an attorney in Spokane, Washington. I'm licensed in Washington and Idaho. My firm is Lucent Law, PLLC. My practice has focused on real estate and business transactions since my first job as a law clerk during law school. I've worked in medium to large law firms in Spokane and Seattle, I've been a partner in two small firms, and I was in-house counsel, property manager and project manager for a real estate development/management/general contractor firm for nearly 10 years. At Lucent Law, my partner and I focus on helping individuals and small businesses with all aspects of their asset management, from acquisition of real estate and business assets, to leasing, selling or ultimately devising those assets through a properly tailored estate plan. I have been a co-owner of several commercial and multi-family residential developments, and I am a co-owner of a local brewery. I have also fixed up and flipped several homes. I have a great wife, who runs a property management firm, and two beautiful daughters. I enjoy exploring the Spokane area on my bike when the weather is good.
