Newly self-employed and eager to get involved! In real estate, that is. I've held my CO real estate broker license since the end of 2015, and am currently studying real estate appraisal. I've some architecture education, some construction experience, and have been involved in our own primary home purchase, remodels, and refinances. I would like to exercise my broker's license, find an appraiser ready and willing to take on a trainee, and learn as much about the real estate investing world as I can.
