After 20 years in the wealth management industry, I "retired" and decided to pursue new interests. My wife is a passionate realtor, so her enthusiasm for real estate has always interested me. However, what hooked me on real estate investing is the combination of "rational analysis" with the wide open landscape for entrepreneurial creativity.
