I am a seasoned Real Estate professional (Architect, Developer and Future Investor) with 15+ years of multi-family development experience in privatized student housing (over 2,000 beds and $60M capitalization) and luxury, complex, large-scale multifamily and mixed-use projects (over 3,600 units and $750M capitalization) and 4+ years managing real estate assets and development for a major University. I started Reddcore Development Company to focus more on small incremental developments including pocket communities, micro office, small multifamily and mixed use projects including investment. I am dedicated to placemaking, building community and creating value through real estate.
