Shane Seeley

Hi, my name is Shane Seeley and I currently live in Geneseo, IL. I was first introduced to real estate through my dad. He purchased and we rehabbed two multi-family units and 2 single family units while I was a teenager. I found Bigger Pockets through my son, Joshua Seeley, who is also aspiring to become a full time real estate investor. Experience: I have been in the construction industry for over 30 years. I started out helping in rehab on my father's rental properties as a teenager. My experience ranges from new construction to renovations of all sizes and scope to custom aircraft cabinetry on the Presidential fleet. Currently I complete rehab projects and repairs for local investors part time. Real Estate Goals: My future goals are twofold; increase my rehab prospects into a full-time position and start purchasing real estate to provide long term cash flow for retirement. I am also interested in occasional flips to provide extra money for my buy and hold investment goals.
