As a boutique style lender, we take a “boots on the ground” approach to our lending process. This means that once we discuss numbers and the property is under contract, we will visit the property and conduct a thorough walk-through together. This is to ensure that the deal makes sense and that our client’s investment as well as ours is secure. So long as the deal makes sense, we proceed towards getting the loan closed in a timely manner.
