We are fairly new to real estate investing. Our business model focuses most on a buy-and-hold strategy, but we've also dabbled in lending, commercial real estate. We enjoy working in the SFHs we acquire to bring them up-to-speed for renting --and we enjoy learning about the awesome Real Estate world through books, forums (like BiggerPockets) and the professionals with whom we network.
