My dream was to provide quality housing through sober living homes, but I quickly realized there was a huge gap between having a great vision and knowing how to finance it. I met many others who shared the same passion for creating housing but didn't know where to turn for funding. Instead of giving up, I made it my mission to learn everything I could about real estate financing and private lending. That journey led me to create Covenant Money Fund LLC. Today, my passion is helping real estate investors, landlords, housing providers, and entrepreneurs secure the financing they need to bring their projects to life.
