I'verecently purchased mynext investment property in the Austin Area and I'm setting it up as a short term rental I have rental properties both in the state I live in and out of state. I manage some of them myself and have a property manager for others. I manage short-term and mid-term rentals and help other investors set up their properties for short-term and mid-term rentals. I finished a successful out-of-state flip and in 2020 purchased 5 buy and hold properties, 4 sight unseen and during the pandemic. I also passively invest in elder care and memory care homes, apartment buildings and have an Air BNB that I own and manage. I have been a personal lines insurance agent for over 30 years and I sell auto, homeowners, dwelling fire, umbrella, renters, motorcycle and boat insurance. Experience: I have purchased multiple homes, a duplex, have rentals, air BNB's and passive commercial investments. Real Estate Goals: I'm adding to my passive investments and actively purchasing more homes for STR and rentals.
