I help investors finance rental properties, BRRRR-style projects, and value-add deals with a focus on DSCR loans, investor refinances, and fix & flip / bridge financing. I work in over 45 states for investment property loans and partner with lenders that specialize in real estate investors. I have over 25 years of experience in the investment property world, including real estate sales, leasing, property management, and mortgages. That background helps me understand deals from an investor’s perspective, not just a lending perspective. DSCR is the primary focus of my business. I have extensive experience with DSCR loans and strong lender relationships in this space, which helps me match investor files to the right program more effectively. Depending on the scenario, I may also be able to help with refinance options that allow investors to use updated appraised value with little to no seasoning, which can be especially important for certain BRRRR strategies. Options depend on the property, borrower profile, lender, and state. Besides working with 1-4 unit DSCR programs, I can also help with some harder-to-place investor scenarios such as 5-8 unit programs, non-warrantable condos, rural properties, small square footage properties, and other files that do not always fit a standard lending box.
