Started fix & flip projects in 2017. Have completed 2 so far and currently helping with and flipping 3 more projects! Decided to go full time with Real Estate in June 2018. This included studying and getting my Real Estate License. Currently working on a short sale to turn into our first house hacking project (duplex). Also actively looking for an owner financed mini-multifamily (20+ unit buildings) opportunity in or around Lincoln, NE.
