I am fortunate to have over 25 years in the construction, oilfield and logistics industries. My professional career started in real estate "flipping" REO properties left over from the S&L crisis. While vice president of a major Houston builder, I led land development projects from acquisition of dirt to build-out as well as closed over 120 properties per year from new construction. This gave me the opportunity to spend a lot of time working with title companies, engineers, vendors, lenders and buyers in the process. I am known to be good with my numbers (Excel junkie and financial modeling) and have hands-on experience in real estate field operations. I have a BBA in accounting from Texas A&M University in College Station, Class of '90. Experience: Started in '91 as a flipper & rehabber before it was cool. We called it "making a buck" in a depressed retail market. Business ultimately morphed into a full fledged production home builder closing 120 units per year ranging in price from $100-750k. During that time I also developed several subdivisions from dirt to new construction. Made a diversion into O&G manufacturing and logistics before returning to real estate in 2013 and never looked back. Real Estate Goals: Building our team by introducing new investors into the business and partnering with them in their success. We have a realty & construction company plus access to private money for qualified deals and clients. Currently Seeking: Land, SFH's, construction clients & have a few PM partners for larger deals
