Justin Stamper

Justin Stamper is a real estate entrepreneur, investor, and television host best known for Zombie House Flipping on A&E and FYI, with additional seasons available on Amazon, Hulu, and other streaming platforms. His career in real estate began in Central Florida and has grown into a diverse, hands-on portfolio spanning residential, multifamily, commercial, land, lots, investment properties, and factory-built housing. For most of his licensed real estate career, Justin has focused on helping families and investors buy and sell a wide range of properties while also building deep experience in acquisitions, renovations, wholesaling, and project execution. Over the years, he has bought, renovated, sold, and wholesaled hundreds of homes, developing a reputation for identifying opportunity where others see challenge. Justin’s path in real estate is personal. After his childhood home was sold at the courthouse steps in 2008, his family was able to buy it back and renovate it through hard work, faith, and determination. That experience became a turning point that shaped the rest of his career. He began buying properties at that same courthouse shortly after and has been active in real estate ever since. Today, Justin’s focus includes mobile homes, manufactured homes, and modular homes. After becoming a dealer for factory-built homes in 2023, he began helping investors across the country source factory-built housing at wholesale pricing while also providing project management support nationwide.
