Ten years experience working full-time as a Solar Energy project developer, but I've always had an eye for real estate investing. Growing up with an older brother (10 years my senior) who bought and flipped his first rental property at the age of 19, I've spent my formative years working for and watching him turn a small initial investment in a single property, into a very successful REI portfolio of buy-and-hold as well as developing a high quality house flipping business.
