I'm from Bristol, CT and currently work for the local telephone company (and hopefully become job optional at some point). I don't have any Real Estate experience to speak of, though I have attended a Flipping Formula Seminar and have read many books on the subject. I would like to start with a relatively low cost flip and work my way up from there.
