We are an investment brokerage that specializes in sourcing properties for our in-house fund along with investors looking for flips and rentals in the DFW area. We only assign deals, we're transparent with both our buyers and wholesalers, and we pre-vet our buyers before they ever sign a contract so we know they can actually close. Once we take a deal on, we have 30+ agents actively selling our investor network to move it quickly. We also operate on volume, closing around 60 deals every month.
