I'm was born, raised and live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am ready to invest in my 1st deal but having trouble figuring out which way to go. I would like to stay in my area but am also interested in Phoenix, Oklahoma City and Washington/Portland areas. I'm hoping to get guidance from honest BP members.
