Certified Architect, Licensed Structural Engineer, Real Estate Investor, Future Developer, Husband, Dad. I am actively engaged in real estate investment with 14 years of experience in residential rehabs for single and multi-family buy and holds as well as fix and flips, 14 years experience as a Landlord, 7 years owning my own investment based LLC, and recently started a renovation company which serves my fix and flip business. I am also passively working on my first ground up development using modular off-site construction, which I believe is the future of the construction industry. My last 9-5 job (left in 2020) was a multi-disciplined Project Manager at architectural design firm KEPHART specializing in small, medium and large scale multi family apartment buildings, mixed use, affordable housing, modular construction, townhomes and for sale condos for local and national developers. I am a licensed Professional Engineer and an NCARB Certified Architect. I have a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo. My background provides a unique approach to the inherently collaborative process of project management. Experience: Owned up to 12 units once now down to 3. Flipped 20+ houses.
