Steeve Gauthier

Hello everyone! My name is "Triple E" Steeve or Steeve for short. I am a newbie investor who is on the road to purchasing my first property. My goal is to house hack my first property and eliminate my biggest expense.... Rent! I am particularly looking for a Duplex or SFH with an ADU near the University of South Florida area. Outside of real estate, I enjoy playing basketball, hanging out with friends and family and playing the occasional video games. If our goals align or you wish to network for any upcoming deals, feel free to add me as friend!
