Hello I’m new to the community and I have been avidly listening to Bigger Pockets podcast in the beginning of the year. My husband and I have always been interested in Real Estate but ever since we had our son, we decided to take action to create a better future for him and ourselves. We are house hacking in our first property as we are currently turning it into a Residential Assisted Living. I have been working as a Registered Nurse for the past 7 years and have visited many Residential Assisted Living working for Hospice and Palliative Care. I always felt like I can make a great impact in a community that needs more quality of care for our elderly. Combining both Real Estate and my Nursing background has given me the vision to create a greater life and impact not only for my family but also for other families in our community.
