I recently moved from Anchorage to the Charlotte area. I have been investing in properties with my fiancé for the last two and half years. We started out utilizing the BRRR method of owner occupying a single family, moved on to a duplex, then triplex. We have renovated everything we own to force appreciate the properties. In 2017 we sold the SFR and rolled the proceeds down on a six plex and completed a full 203k renovation for $180k. That same year we flipped two more SFR then decided to get out of dodge and move back to the lower 48 to get closer to family! We are new to this market but I am officially working at this full time and wanting to get involved in the local market and build a great team!
